Letybo is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and neuromuscular blocking agent used to reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines and crow’s feet, by temporarily relaxing facial muscles.
Letybo works by blocking nerve signals to muscles, preventing them from contracting and causing wrinkles. While both Botox and Letybo are botulinum toxin type A, Letybo is a newer formulation that provides a softer, more natural-looking result.
Letybo is known for a relatively quick onset of action, with some patients seeing results in as little as 2-3 days, reaching maximum effectiveness within 7-14 days, similar to Botox. The effects of Letybo generally last about 3-4 months.
